Difference never changed.

This is one of the hardest "Difference never changed" problem sums that I've seen.

The difference between Kok Hwa's age and Bala's age is the smallest unit.

If you draw proper model, you'll realise that the age difference between Mike and Bala is 21 years plus two smallest units.

When you solve the smallest unit, it is 3 years.

So, Bala is forever 27 years younger than Mike when you solve from the model.

Otherwise, you can do a guess and check to find out their ages.
