explanation on why did not do maths journal question

Mr Wan,I did not do my Maths journal questions because I had forgotten all about it,when i write my homework down,i forgotten to write it down.The other reasons are that I thought that there were no maths homework in maths journal.I donot know there is homework in my maths journal.I did not do maths journal questions as I left it in my locker.the other reasons are i got an idea that there was homework in maths journal when i remembered it was yesterday when you asked us to take out the books.
